Can vinyl plank go over concrete?
Yes, with a moisture test and the right underlayment. Basements and slabs are routine for us.
Do I have to remove my baseboards?
Not always — we can undercut and use quarter-round — but pulling and reinstalling baseboards gives the cleanest result.
Will it work with radiant heat?
Many LVP and engineered products are rated for it. We will confirm the specific product before ordering.
