FAQ
Questions We Hear A Lot
How much does an estimate cost?
Nothing. We come out, measure, talk through the work and send you a written, itemized estimate — usually within 48 hours. There is no obligation and no sales pressure.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes. We carry a Washington State contractor license, a surety bond and general liability insurance. License and insurance certificates are on every estimate we send, and we are happy to send them ahead of time.
How do payments work?
Small jobs are paid on completion. Larger remodels follow a milestone schedule written into your contract — a deposit to book the dates, progress payments tied to completed stages, and a final payment only after your punch list is cleared.
How far out are you booking?
Typically two to four weeks for painting, tile and flooring, and four to eight weeks for full kitchen and bathroom remodels. Emergency repairs we try to fit in sooner.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes, for any scope that requires them — moving plumbing or electrical, structural changes or additions. We pull the permits and coordinate every inspection.
What warranty do you offer?
Two years on workmanship, on top of whatever the manufacturer covers on materials. If something we installed is not right, we come back and fix it.
Do you clean up after the work?
Every day, not just at the end. Floors covered, tools stored, debris hauled out. The final walkthrough does not happen until the space is genuinely clean.
Can I supply my own materials?
Absolutely. Many customers pick their own tile, flooring or fixtures. We will confirm quantities and specs before you order so nothing arrives short or wrong.
