Yes. We install customer-supplied vanities, sinks and fixtures regularly — we will just check dimensions and rough-in locations first.
Is a curbless shower possible in my house?
It depends on your floor framing and drain location. We will look under the floor and give you a straight answer.
Do you find mold or rot often?
In older Seattle homes, frequently. If we find it, we stop, show you photos and price the repair before continuing.
